Safe East is a service for children and young people in Tower Hamlets who need sexual health and substance misuse advice or support or treatment.

We support children and young people up to the age of 19, or up to the age of 25 for those who have a special educational need or disability.

Children and young people can access Safe East in the place that is best for them. This means we will see children and young people at a place that they feel safe.

Safe East drop ins can be found at:

• Health spot at Spotlight (Langdon Park) on a Tuesday and Thursday from 3pm to 8pm
• At Spotlight 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
