Creating opportunities for children and young people to shape their future

ECHO create, identify, and support opportunities for children and young people to have their say and influence change.

You can take part in surveys, provide feedback about services and support, get involved in designing services and support, and have your say in decisions made about children and young people’s health and wellbeing support. Whether you want to have your voice heard, build skills, or make a difference in your local community, there are lots of ways to get involved.

Explore the opportunities below to find one that feels right for you.

What young people have told us

Treat me as an expert

Trust my judgement

Don’t ignore me

Represent me

“They didn’t belittle or ignore us... they wanted to understand why we felt that way. It’s a safe space so we can speak about any issues, which is something we don’t always get as young people. We don’t always have the oppourtunity to speak to people who can make those changes... Its not always easy to convey our thoughts and ideas. It’s not just about listening...take it away and do something with it. So, we can see something is being done about it. We want to see the impact it has!”
